Nastazia Residence is set on the main road of Imerovigli, ensuring easy access without stairs.
Just outside the entrance lies the famous footpath linking Fira (2.5 km, 30-minute walk) with Oia (7.5 km, 1 hour 45 minutes), offering stunning views of the island’s landscape.

The residence features an open-plan living area, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious outdoor terrace with caldera views.

There’s a free public parking area nearby, plus a large parking lot just 5 minutes away. Within walking distance, you’ll find a late-night mini market, tavernas, cafés, a pharmacy (450m), and a bus stop (400m).
